What is the difference between God, GOD, GOD in the KJV?
In the KJV of the bible, different combinations of upper and lower case letters are used that the reader could be able to have the closest interpretation of the original manuscripts.  We can gain more insight into the passage we are reading by understanding the use of capitalization in the text we are reading.
God - Elohim  - Strong Creator
GOD - Adonai Jehovah - emphasis on headship relationship of a master
GOD - El - God the omnipotent
LORD - Jehovah - the Self Existent and Self Revealing One
Lord - Adonai - Master
This is not an exhaustive list, but will get you started in your studies.
